Who we are

BLR Pro Services (“BLR Pro”, “we”, “us”) is a creative project management company. This policy explains what we do with the information you give us through this website, and what we don’t.

The business responsible for your information is [Full legal entity name], registered at [Business address]. If you have a question about anything here, email hello@blrproservices.com.

What we collect

What you give us

When you use the “Start a project” form, we ask for three things:

  • Your name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address

If you go on to book a call, Calendly also collects the time you picked and anything you type into their booking form. That happens on Calendly’s side — see “Who we share it with” below.

What gets recorded automatically

When you submit the form, a small amount of context is saved alongside your details so we know where the enquiry came from:

  • The page you were on and the site that referred you
  • Which button you clicked to open the form
  • Your time zone, and the date and time you submitted
  • Campaign tags in the link you followed, if there were any (for example utm_source, or a Google or Meta click ID)

What we don’t collect

We do not ask for or store payment details, government identification, or any special category data through this website. We don’t buy contact lists, and we don’t sell yours.

(03)

Why we use it

We use your information for exactly one purpose: to talk to you about your project.

  • To contact you about the enquiry you submitted
  • To schedule, confirm, and prepare for the intro call
  • To follow up if you filled in the form but never picked a time
  • To understand which parts of the site actually lead to conversations, so we can improve it

We will not add you to a marketing list or send you newsletters off the back of this form. If we ever want to, we’ll ask you first.

(04)

Who we share it with

We don’t sell or rent your information. We do rely on a small number of service providers to run the site and the booking process, and your information passes through them:

ProviderWhat they handleTheir policy
Google (Sheets & Apps Script)Stores the enquiry details you submitpolicies.google.com/privacy
CalendlyRuns the booking calendar and sends your confirmation and invitecalendly.com/legal/privacy-notice
VercelHosts this website and keeps standard server logsvercel.com/legal/privacy-policy
Google FontsServes the typefaces used on this site, which involves your browser requesting files from Googlepolicies.google.com/privacy

We may also disclose information if we are legally required to, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

(05)

Cookies and local storage

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and there is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Two things are worth naming:

  • Local storage. When you submit the form, your browser keeps a copy of what you sent under the key blr_lead. This is a safety net so an enquiry isn’t lost if the network drops mid-submission. It stays on your device, and clearing your browser data removes it.
  • Calendly. The booking calendar is embedded from Calendly and may set its own cookies when you interact with it. Those are governed by Calendly’s privacy notice, linked above.
(06)

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as there’s a live reason to — an active conversation, a project in progress, or a realistic prospect of one.

If an enquiry goes nowhere, we clear it out within [choose a period — 24 months is a common default]. Where we’ve worked together, we keep what we need for our business records and for as long as the law requires.

You can ask us to delete your details sooner. See the next section.

(07)

Your rights

Whatever jurisdiction you’re in, you can ask us to:

  • Show you what we hold about you
  • Correct anything that’s wrong
  • Delete it
  • Stop using it for a particular purpose
  • Send you a copy in a portable format

Email hello@blrproservices.com and we’ll handle it within 30 days. There’s no charge, and we won’t treat you differently for asking.

If you are in the UK or EU, our lawful basis is legitimate interest — responding to an enquiry you chose to send us — and you have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. If you are in California, we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA.

(08)

How we protect it

Your details travel over an encrypted connection and are stored in access-controlled Google accounts. We keep the number of people who can see them small.

No system is perfectly secure, and we can’t promise otherwise. What we can say is that we don’t hold more than we need, and we don’t keep it longer than we should.

(09)

Children

This site is meant for people doing business with us, and isn’t directed at children under 16. We don’t knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us details, email us and we’ll delete them.

(10)

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we’ll update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be made obvious rather than slipped in quietly.
